Description:	Five small trenches lined in wood, inserted into the playa at the Black Rock Desert. This was number 8 of Michael Heizer's 1968 series "Nine Nevada Depressions." Apparently no remains are visible.

Visitor Info:	The Black Rock Desert playa site is located immediately adjacent and north of Gerlach, Nevada, and 78 miles north of Interstate Highway 80 at Fernley, Nevada. On a map, Fernley is about 35 miles east of Reno on I-80.
