Visitor Info:	Located in the Sacramento Mountains in the Lincoln National Forest. From El Paso, take hwy 54 north to hwy 82 in Alamogordo, then hwy 82 east to Cloudcroft. Then turn right onto hwy 130 and then turn right onto hwy 6563. 16 miles to observatory. Public invited to stroll the grounds.
